Marketing Manager – LATAM (AI Power Solutions)

About the role

ON.energy is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its AI‑focused power infrastructure solutions across the LATAM region. Reporting to the VP of LATAM and the US‑based VP of Marketing, you will act as the bridge between regional operations and corporate marketing, ensuring brand consistency while tailoring messages to local markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual LATAM marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives and global brand guidelines.
• Position ON.energy as the reference provider of UPS solutions for AI data‑center infrastructure.
• Adapt corporate messaging to cultural and regulatory nuances of each LATAM market.
• Design and run digital demand‑generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email, SEO/SEM) targeting decision‑makers in data‑center, infrastructure and IT sectors.
• Manage lead generation, nurturing, and hand‑off using HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
• Oversee event management, trade shows and webinars across the region.
• Control marketing budget, track ROI and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or specialization in B2B Marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience in technology, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record in brand positioning within LATAM markets.
• Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (C1+); Portuguese is desirable.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and reporting to US‑based leadership.
