Marketing Operations & Growth Manager

About the role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will own the execution layer of RouteGenie's marketing operations engine. This full‑time remote role focuses on paid acquisition, email automation, website optimization, and performance reporting for a B2B SaaS platform serving medical transportation providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end paid acquisition across Paid Social, Retargeting, and AI‑Search channels, handling real budgets.
• Design, test, and deploy complex lifecycle email and nurture journeys in Pardot, collaborating with Customer Success.
• Build dedicated landing pages and run continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards, tracking KPIs for campaigns and the broader team.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows, automations, and prompt systems to amplify output across paid, email, web, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional campaigns such as ABM, referral programs, and webinars.
• Produce high‑impact product‑launch and sales‑enablement assets for the commercial team.

Required profile

• Full‑stack marketer who can independently build email journeys, launch paid ads, create landing pages, and set up dashboards.
• Proven experience executing growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably targeting US or Canadian audiences.
• Hands‑on management of multiple paid acquisition channels with real budgets.
• Fluency with marketing automation (Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo), Salesforce CRM, and analytics tools such as BigQuery.
• Comfort with CMS or page‑builder tools; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Daily operator of AI tools, building repeatable AI workflows and prompts.
