Marketing Project Lead

About the role

This fully remote position is based in Mexico and serves as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams. You will shape marketing roadmaps, define KPIs, and ensure that strategy, execution, and performance are tightly aligned with business objectives across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies, including priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Act as the primary client contact, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and delivering data‑informed recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and alignment across campaigns.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Translate client goals into structured, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of processes for efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs, and develop execution roadmaps.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and build trust.
• Solid experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
