About the role
The Material Planner ensures timely availability of materials and components to support production operations, coordinating planning, inventory control, and supplier follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Plan material requirements based on production demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain on‑time delivery performance.
- Analyze demand trends and forecast material needs.
- Identify and mitigate material shortages and supply risks.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supplier teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
