Materials Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

As a Materials Planner at Colgate‑Palmolive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate material planning across the supply network. You will drive efficiency, resilience and end‑to‑end synchronization while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong fundamentals in E2E planning, data analytics and compliance with production planning standards.
• Analyze capacity and risk, using SAP and digital tools to anticipate shortages or excess inventory.
• Parametrize master data for new material codes and perform quarterly maintenance to enable system‑driven planning.
• Develop inventory strategies for raw and packaging materials, manage supplier relationships and minimize scrap during transitions.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and other functions to resolve gaps and support new product introductions.
• Create the annual physical inventory calendar and assist with inventory audits at external plants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics or customer service.
