M&E Manager – LATAM

About the role

The M&E Manager LATAM will lead the governance, planning, execution and continuous improvement of internal and external events involving healthcare professionals across Latin America. This role ensures flawless, compliant, and impactful event experiences that strengthen customer engagement and align with Viatris' strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of all approved meetings and events across LATAM, maintaining high quality and alignment with business goals.
• Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and industry codes.
• Maintain strong financial and operational controls, oversee vendor compliance, and mitigate risk exposure.
• Oversee key internal commercial meetings, such as sales conventions and leadership sessions, standardising execution processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate execution quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale events or meetings in a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership skills with responsibility for a team of a coordinator and three analysts.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, risk management and audit‑ready processes.
• Demonstrated financial discipline and ability to standardise processes across regions.
