Media Management Intern

About the role

The Media Management Intern will support Procter & Gamble's media team, gaining hands‑on experience in media strategy, planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. This part‑time role offers exposure to both digital and traditional advertising environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Support the management of digital asset libraries to ensure the right creatives are available for campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research on emerging media trends and best practices.
• Collect and analyze media performance data, generating reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing for media expenditures.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and learning from experienced professionals.
• Support ad‑hoc projects related to media strategy and operations as needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Analytics and Insights or a related field.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2027.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Flexible, part‑time availability with a 12‑18 month internship duration.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge or coursework in digital marketing, media planning, or data analysis.
