Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Media Manager to join our Marketing team and lead media planning and execution across Mexico and Central America. The role focuses on upper‑ and mid‑funnel media to build brand awareness, consideration, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end media planning and buying for Mexico and Central America.
• Develop upper‑ and mid‑funnel media strategies that drive reach, awareness, and business impact.
• Translate marketing briefs into cross‑channel media plans and define the optimal media mix.
• Manage media projects from planning through launch, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis.
• Coordinate execution with agencies, platforms, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations explaining results and next steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platforms.
• Identify new media formats and support influencer marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying or advertising.
• Strong experience with upper‑ and mid‑funnel campaigns focused on brand awareness and consideration.
• Experience working in Mexico and/or Central American markets.
• Ability to manage the full media planning process independently.
• Understanding of both digital and offline media channels and their role in the marketing funnel.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with media analytics, planning and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of media measurement and key performance indicators for different channels.
• Experience in campaign tracking and optimization.
