About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join its growing healthcare team as a Medical Virtual Assistant. The role focuses on accurate OASIS documentation, medical coding, and maintaining patient records within EMR systems while supporting virtual healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and review OASIS documentation accurately.
• Perform medical coding and ensure proper documentation standards.
• Maintain and update patient records within EMR/EHR systems.
• Support clinical and administrative healthcare processes.
• Review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with providers and healthcare staff as needed.
• Assist with day‑to‑day virtual healthcare operations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• Strong experience with OASIS documentation.
• Medical coding experience.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
