Medical Staffing Sales Representative – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Staffing Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping healthcare organizations solve staffing challenges across Latin America. This remote position focuses on generating new business, developing client partnerships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions for clinical and behavioral health roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, behavioral health facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct outbound sales activities such as calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate leads.
• Identify staffing needs and present customized staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to align candidates with client opportunities.
• Schedule and lead discovery calls, maintain CRM records, and track sales activities.
• Support proposal development and client presentations, and stay informed on healthcare staffing trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, healthcare, or business development (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for outreach.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
