MLOps Engineer – Remote, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a motivated MLOps Engineer to join a paid, fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The role is project‑based, asynchronous, and ideal for software engineers looking for flexible, part‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
