New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative medical devices. You will work within a cross‑functional team to bring new products and process improvements from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Document design inputs and develop design outputs for new products and changes.
• Conduct design reviews, verification, and validation according to established procedures.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and modified designs.
• Create and maintain Design History Files and ensure compliance with design‑control requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, facilitate creative workshops, and drive SCRUM processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (or related field) with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the medical‑device industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
