On Site Medical Representative

About the role

The On‑Site Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the dedicated health professional for an Amazon delivery station. Reporting to the WHS Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages occupational health prevention, and supports employee wellness on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first‑aid treatment and referral to external medical providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records for all associates.
• Stock, restock and clean first‑aid kits and related equipment.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR and AED use.
• Submit daily activity logs and monthly incident analyses to leadership.
• Attend and present at regular stand‑up safety meetings.
• Manage the AmCare room, including supplies procurement, emergency equipment inspection and controlled access.
• Ensure confidentiality of associate health information.

Required profile

• Current certification in first aid, CPR and AED use.
• CPR course completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts on‑site.
