About the role
We are looking for a General Operator to join our production line. The role involves assembling components, operating simple machinery and ensuring product quality in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components quickly according to specifications.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Conduct basic quality tests on assembled items.
- Maintain safety standards and report any irregularities to the team leader.
- Follow work schedules, adhere to company policies and respect coworkers.
Required profile
- Ability to read and write in Spanish.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings or plans.
- Team‑player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and focus on results.
- Completed secondary education.
