Operations Agent – Excursions (Mexico)

About the role

As an Operations Agent for Excursions, you will be the link between our booking system, excursion suppliers and destination teams, ensuring smooth service delivery across Mexico. You will handle reservation details, monitor quality standards and support the day‑of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all excursion reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and timely transmission to suppliers.
• Verify that excursion terms and conditions meet agreed quality and operational standards.
• Oversee day‑of excursion operations, collect incident reports and provide feedback.
• Load bookings, pick‑up times and pre‑order attraction tickets into the system.
• Coordinate amendments, communicate changes to service delivery teams and optimise costs.
• Gather required information for invoicing and perform cash reconciliation where needed.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Helpful, flexible and professional attitude.
• Culturally intelligent and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Team player eager to learn and embrace digital processes.
