Operations Agent

About the role

Join TUI’s diverse Operations team in Mexico and act as the key liaison between excursion suppliers, destination teams and our service delivery function. You will ensure bookings are processed accurately and that suppliers receive all necessary information on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all reservations, loading bookings into the system and communicating details to suppliers.
• Monitor excursion terms and conditions to guarantee they meet quality and operational standards.
• Oversee day‑of excursion operations, collect incident reports and support the service delivery team.
• Handle amendments, pick‑up times, pre‑order attraction tickets and cash reconciliation.
• Gather and provide timely information for invoicing and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong administrative, planning and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Helpful, flexible and professional attitude with cultural intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Collaborative team player eager to learn and embrace a digital culture.
