Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

This role sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital health ecosystem. You will design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high‑quality output quickly and at scale, while introducing AI‑driven automation to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems that support creative production at scale.
• Design end‑to‑end processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and frameworks.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly planning rhythms, clarifying priorities, ownership and deliverables.
• Align producers, strategists and platform teams to ensure smooth information flow and dependency management.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities for reporting, tracking, scheduling and documentation.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to create smarter operational workflows.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline and systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, systems and documentation from scratch.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail, accountability and follow‑through.
• Interest in AI, automation tools and modern operational platforms.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
