About the role
We are looking for an Operator 1 to join our manufacturing floor, supporting the production of HVACR compressors. The role involves working on a shift basis, with the possibility of rotating shifts as required by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor compressor manufacturing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform overtime and extra‑time work when needed.
- Ensure product quality and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum education: secondary school.
- At least three months experience in a maquiladora or similar manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to rotate shifts and work overtime.
- No history of doping or alcohol violations in previous jobs.
- Strong personal safety awareness and ethical conduct.
