Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery during assigned shifts.
• Perform routine checks, set‑ups, and adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect finished goods for quality compliance and report any deviations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating or fixed shifts.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to read work instructions.

Required skills

• Production equipment operation.
• Basic technical aptitude for machine set‑up and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
