Oracle Cloud Implementation PM with OTM knowledge

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the "Transport of Tomorrow" (ToT) standard transformation for the Colombia region. The role focuses on migrating on‑premise supply‑chain transport operations to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud using global templates and customisations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor the end‑to‑end transformation project, ensuring alignment with timelines and business expectations.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops and review sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis to identify process gaps, system limitations and required enhancements.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to support solution design, validation and implementation activities.
• Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies and provide regular status reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience on Oracle implementation projects.
• Basic functional knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English for effective communication with customers and Infosys teams.
• Willingness to work according to the Colombia time zone.
