Packing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Packing Engineer to join Littelfuse’s production team. In this position you will translate schematics, diagrams and verbal instructions into effective testing, checkout and troubleshooting activities that ensure our electronic components are packed to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and troubleshooting functions (approximately 65% of time).
• Assist engineers with the design, construction, testing, checkout, modification, fabrication and assembly of components (approximately 15%).
• Help determine methods or actions to remedy malfunctions (approximately 15%).
• Follow established safety and equipment procedures to guarantee accurate results (approximately 5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
