Paid Media Manager – Mexico City

About the role

As a Paid Media Manager you will lead a small team of digital marketing buyers/strategists, overseeing integrated campaigns across social, search, display and other channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional strategists and global teammates to deliver results for clients in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of one to two digital marketing buyers or strategists.
• Plan, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display and other channels.
• Deep‑dive into each platform to drive day‑to‑day campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and global colleagues to create innovative strategies.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously improve internal processes to boost team performance.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Agency background preferred.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
• Excellent client relationship, communication and people‑management skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Fluent English; ability to prioritize tasks based on client needs.
