Payroll Accounting Analyst

About the role

Join Lear Corporation as a Payroll Accounting Analyst in Ciudad Juárez, supporting precise accounting records and compliance with Mexican and US regulations. You will work within a collaborative finance team, delivering high‑standard service while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with MxGAAP and US GAAP.
• Maintain adherence to SOX requirements and internal control standards.
• Prepare and review tax compliance according to local laws (LISR, LFT, LSS).
• Utilize financial systems for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Mexican tax laws and international accounting standards.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Intermediate English (B1 or higher) and strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/Financial systems such as SAP, QAD, PLEX, BPCS, HFM, Blackline, or LMS.
