PBV Cost Accountant

About the role

Littelfuse, a global industrial technology manufacturer, is looking for a PBV Cost Accountant to support cost analysis and profitability initiatives within its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on identifying cost gaps, producing accurate financial reports, and promoting cost‑reduction awareness across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends where the manufacturing process deviates from cost plans and propose solutions to close gaps (45%).
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, ensuring data accuracy (40%).
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies for processes and reporting (10%).
• Drive profitability awareness throughout the business unit and encourage cost‑lowering initiatives (5%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
