Plant Quality/Product Engineer – Vehicle Architecture

About the role

The Quality organization at Stellantis is seeking a solutions‑oriented Product Quality Engineer to support the Toluca Complex. You will work across multiple vehicle commodities, lead quality systems, and partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external quality KPIs, drive corrective actions and escalations.
• Lead vehicle‑quality improvement activities, addressing non‑conformities and protecting design intent.
• Identify risks, conduct FMEA analyses, and develop associated Control Plans.
• Supervise rework/repair processes in line with engineering standards.
• Participate in product launch phases, create and execute Quality Plans, and lead Q‑Teams for pilot tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of presenting technical information effectively.
