About the role

Persona is seeking a Post-Closing Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of completed loan files. This fully remote position supports the post‑closing and purchase process for mortgage loans, working with a global talent network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage closed‑loan files throughout the post‑closing and purchase workflow.
• Audit underwriting and closing packages for completeness and data accuracy.
• Confirm compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collect and follow up on outstanding pre‑purchase conditions.
• Organize and prioritize the post‑closing loan pipeline.
• Monitor file status and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of completed loan packages.
• Communicate with customers on loan‑servicing matters when required.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate documentation and escalate issues.
• Recognize fraud indicators and report suspected activity.

Required profile

• Experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, post‑closing, underwriting support, or a related financial‑services role.
• Proven ability to review loan files and supporting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize a high‑volume pipeline.
• Effective time‑management skills.
