Pricing Manager – Premium Services & 3PL (US-Mexico)

About the role

As a Pricing Manager for Premium Services & 3PL, you will drive revenue and profitability for a portfolio of large cross‑border accounts. You will work closely with sales, operations, and linehaul teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that support the company’s growth in the U.S.–Mexico market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue and profitability for a portfolio of large accounts.
• Perform detailed cost/revenue analysis using input from Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, and other departments.
• Interpret analysis results for sales presentations and assist the Sales team in negotiation preparation.
• Conduct scenario analyses to compare net results under different pricing models.
• Collaborate with Pricing leadership to establish and execute pricing strategies and tactical plans.
• Draft contractual pricing agreements and ensure timely negotiation and implementation of rates.
• Develop LTL and FTL carrier portfolios for cross‑border business.
• Audit and confirm vendor liability agreements, certifications, and pricing.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with carriers and partners.
• Partner with Sales to build bids and proposals for major customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work or military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis.
• Strong ability to derive insights from large data sets, formulate solutions, and drive action.
• Solid understanding of economics and supply‑chain dynamics.
• Working knowledge of contractual language and agreements.
• Highly organized with proven multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self‑driven, able to take ownership of workload with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
