Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will work within the production area to develop, implement, and manage manufacturing methods, processes, and operation sequences. You will define process requirements, create working procedures, and recommend equipment for product lines while ensuring quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document manufacturing methods, process flows, and operation sequences.
• Execute Process‑FMEA analyses to identify failure sources and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Define and maintain process control methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC) systems.
• Analyze out‑of‑control situations and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance to respond to customer inquiries and with Design Engineers to support new product launches.
• Provide technical support as a key user for specific processes and infrastructure.
• Perform assembly, installation, set‑up, structured programming, and testing of assigned modules or equipment.
• Document training plans and deliver training to relevant organizational units.

Required profile

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conduct technical analyses and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as QA and design engineering.
• Capability to produce clear documentation and training materials.
