Join a global leader in automotive technology as a Process Engineer. In this strategic role, you will drive operational excellence by managing new production line transfers, optimizing layouts, and scaling capacity to meet growing market demands.

Missions principales

• Lead the transfer and implementation of new production lines and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using the Harman Production System to optimize processes, increase capacity, and reduce operational costs.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including detailed planning, equipment monitoring, and performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Ensure full compliance with customer requirements through rigorous documentation and release processes.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing layouts and process documentation.
• Provide technical support to production areas and conduct training for manufacturing personnel.

Profil recherché

• Engineer degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven ability in project management and risk analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively.

Competences requises

• Mastery of Core Tools: FMEA (AMEF), Control Plan (CP), MSA, and SPC.
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization.
• Proficiency in Line Balancing and Process Design.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
