Procurement Coordinator – General Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our General Services team at Charger Logistics’ Parque Industrial Queretaro site. The role supports the procurement function by handling low‑to‑mid‑value purchases, vendor research and order tracking, while working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data, analyse vendor quotes and assist in sourcing goods and services.
• Conduct market research, maintain vendor profiles and prepare RFI/RFQ documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
• Support senior buyers in price, term and delivery negotiations.
• Track purchase orders, monitor deliveries and ensure vendor compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procurement records and audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor spend, contribute to procurement metrics and cost‑saving reports.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, performance evaluation and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of contract terms and supplier sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations (a plus).
