Procurement Manager – Indirect Services

About the role

The Procurement Manager Specialist for Indirect Services will lead supplier relationships and develop category strategies to support the LEGO Group’s global procurement framework. You will focus on indirect categories such as transportation, recruitment and other general services, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design strategic sourcing initiatives based on market trends and supplier capabilities.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with high‑risk, high‑spend suppliers.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply‑chain risks, creating contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals and monitor performance through KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in procurement processes for indirect categories.
• Understanding of supply‑chain dynamics within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (Coupa knowledge is a plus).
