Procurement Manager – Logistics & Distribution

About the role

The Procurement Manager for Logistics & Distribution will lead the implementation and management of the procurement strategy for the region, aligning with the global procurement framework. You will partner with business stakeholders to develop category strategies that maximise value, drive cost savings and support sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in road, rail, ocean transportation, warehousing, contract manufacturing and 4PL markets to manage financial risk, ensure quality and service, and meet sustainability goals.
• Develop and execute category strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to deliver total cost of ownership (TCO) models.
• Drive savings, cash optimisation, supply security and sustainability initiatives while maintaining accurate reporting in the Global Direct Savings Program tracker.
• Support Global and Regional Category Leads with RFP creation, market and spend analysis, and vendor consolidation.
• Collaborate with LAC Supply Chain, Global Logistics Procurement, Finance, Legal and suppliers to identify cost‑reduction programs.
• Serve as primary contact for cross‑functional partners across transportation, warehousing and co‑manufacturing services.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure Master Services Agreements, Award Letters or Outline Agreements are in place.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong logistics expertise across LATAM, with deep knowledge of regional suppliers, land transportation, warehousing, 3PL management and customs processes; ocean freight exposure is a plus.
• Significant procurement experience, preferably in logistics or distribution.
