Procurement Sr. Manager – LATAM CAPEX

About the role

The Procurement Sr. Manager – LATAM CAPEX will design, lead and implement the global CAPEX strategy across Latin America. Reporting to the Global CAPEX leader, the role manages approximately $530 million spend across 15 countries, 38 plants, 400+ distribution centers and 9 headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PSP and AOP CAPEX plans aligned with business units and MSOs.
• Ensure compliance with GP policy and apply the 7‑step sourcing methodology.
• Conduct spend mapping and create three‑year category strategies for sub‑categories.
• Build partnerships with functions, GP and MSOs to guarantee execution and alignment.
• Report procurement initiative impacts on LATAM P&L and provide early alerts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance teams to forecast prices and updates.
• Support LATAM indirect procurement transformation through digital tools such as SpendHQ and Cirtuo.
• Drive productivity improvements of +6 % and achieve +20 MM productivity per year.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in category management, preferably in facilities/services or related categories within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of market trends, economic and political factors affecting business units.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale procurement initiatives and support transformation agendas.
