Product Analyst (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex product and user data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences. This fully remote position is based in Mexico and works at the intersection of analytics, product management, and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics such as retention, conversion, lifetime value, revenue, and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep analyses of customer journeys, feature adoption, promotional initiatives, and overall product performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate new releases, enhancements, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure analytical data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Support segmentation, personalization, and market research to boost engagement and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within digital products.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with event‑based analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital product monetization models or customer lifecycle management is desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
