Product Specialist – MSI Program

About the role

Mastercard’s Mexico Network Products team is seeking a Product Specialist to support and grow the “Meses Sin Intereses” (MSI) installment payment program. The role acts as the primary liaison between Mastercard, issuers, acquirers and merchants, ensuring the operational health and strategic growth of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic support for the MSI program, including merchant onboarding and issuer/acquirer reporting.
• Prepare and present performance materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with issuers and acquirers.
• Conduct on‑site production testing, monitor internal implementation projects and follow up on results.
• Create, maintain and analyse program performance reports and data‑driven benchmarks.
• Address technical questions from clients during implementation and document agreements and product improvements.
• Register Mastercard as a supplier with each merchant and ensure accurate program documentation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting installment‑payment programs or similar financial products.
• Proven ability to prepare analytical reports and presentation decks for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with issuers, acquirers and merchants.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documenting agreements and product enhancements.
• Ability to monitor program data and drive performance improvements.
