About the role
Copeland, a global climate‑technology company, is seeking a Production Operator who can work assigned shifts in its manufacturing facilities. The role supports the creation of sustainable HVACR and cold‑chain solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment during scheduled shifts.
- Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure reliable output.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain continuous production flow.

- Availability to work rotating or fixed shifts.
