Program Manager, Supply Chain & Order Management

About the role

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead supply chain and order management initiatives within its Global Infrastructure Group. Based in Mexico and operating in a hybrid/remote environment, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely processing of orders, optimize fleet deployment, and support internal customers across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end ordering, planning, and optimization of fleet deployment actions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, assess risk areas, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to define requirements and manage project schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with global partners, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to multi‑disciplinary projects aimed at improving order management processes and scaling operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning, preferably in a New Product Introduction (NPI) or similar supply‑chain role.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical partners.
