Project Manager – Automotive Projects

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects in the automotive wiring and data‑management sector. You will be responsible for guiding initiatives from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick‑off to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues as required.
• Drive collaboration across departments to ensure on‑time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
