Project Manager – Digital & AI Transformation

About the role

As a Project Manager you will drive high‑impact digital and AI initiatives that enable Siemens Energy to turn data into better decisions and measurable business value. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, data experts, digitalisation & AI teams, and external partners to move ideas from use‑case definition through delivery, adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital and AI transformation projects from scoping to implementation, adoption and value tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, IT, data, AI, governance and external partners.
• Translate business challenges into actionable use cases, defining requirements, success criteria, risks and roadmaps.
• Steer project execution, budget, timeline, risks and stakeholder expectations with clear reporting.
• Ensure solutions align with data readiness, process ownership, responsible AI principles and Siemens Energy governance.
• Support change and adoption activities to embed solutions into daily workflows and generate measurable impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proactive, self‑motivated individual with interest in digital business processes within the energy industry.
• Experience in project or program management, preferably in digital transformation, AI, data, automation or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge business needs and technical delivery.
• Fluent English; ability to work in an international, collaborative environment.

• Enterprise ERP, PLM and CRM systems.
• AI use cases and automation tooling.
• Project management methodologies and certifications (PMP, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe).
