Project Manager – IT Operations & Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of IT operations and service projects. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track project activities and resources from kickoff to closure.
• Maintain daily performance tracking, proactive communication and escalation management.
• Serve as the SPOC for customers, handling deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive customer satisfaction and act as a referenceable account.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage governance meetings and produce minutes.
• Oversee invoicing, payment collection and billing data submission.
• Coordinate BGV, compliance, training and onboarding per customer processes.
• Maintain project documentation, SLAs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder and customer engagement experience in LATAM/Mexico.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• ITIL certification.
• PMP certification (or Prince2, preferred).
