Project Manager

About the role

Join One Mobility Group as a Project Manager in Comonfort, Guanajuato, driving end‑to‑end mobility solutions for the automotive industry. You will lead projects from concept through hand‑over, ensuring alignment with global standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives and success criteria.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure they meet customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and APQP.
• Enforce effective change control, manage scope creep, communications and quality.
• Oversee successful hand‑over of projects to operations and keep Team Center projects updated until series phase.
• Promote the use of project‑management software and digital dashboards for transparency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Residence near Celaya, Guanajuato.
• Project Management certification (desirable).
• Familiarity with core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP and MSA (desirable VDA 6.3).
