Project Manager – Manufacturing & EMS Projects

About the role

KEENFINITY is seeking a Project Manager to lead the launch of new projects and transfers into its production plants, as well as to coordinate contract manufacturing activities. You will work closely with internal teams and business units to ensure customer requirements, safe launches, and company objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead local plant teams for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal functions and business units to meet project objectives.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Identify issues, escalate when necessary, and support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective coordination.
• Coordinate local EMS contract‑manufacturing activities and project‑related engineering changes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or PCBA environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, planning tools, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
