Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Foster effective communication within teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage project budgets and report financial status.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Support technology implementation initiatives across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
