Project Specialist Growth

About the role

As a Project Specialist – Growth at Flix, you will lead complex infrastructure and real‑estate projects across Mexico, taking ownership from concept through to delivery. You will act as a central facilitator, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of infrastructure projects such as terminals, curb‑stops and shops.
• Drive real‑estate, design and construction follow‑up to guarantee timely execution.
• Facilitate cross‑team collaboration, unblock issues and enable project owners to progress.
• Maintain detailed project plans with tasks, dependencies, critical path and deadlines.
• Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to track timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, raise issues early and ensure strong follow‑up on action items.
• Coordinate stakeholders including DAC, Real Estate, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Prepare and lead status meetings, documenting decisions and accountability.
• Report directly to the Expert Project Manager with structured updates.
• Mentor and support the Junior Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, construction or real‑estate.
• Experience with large‑scale or expansion projects (e.g., transportation, urban development).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Highly proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
