Quality Analyst

About the role

Pentair is seeking a results‑driven Quality Analyst to support its global water solutions business. You will lead the Quality Management System, ensure ISO compliance, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other quality certifications.
• Develop and update quality policies, manuals, procedures, and documentation.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and best practices.
• Develop quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor system performance.
• Implement quality training programs and tools across the organization.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve world‑class quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/maquiladora industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Proficiency in problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with the PPAP process and core quality tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
