Quality and Cycle Counts Analyst

About the role

Orbia is looking for a Quality and Cycle Counts Analyst in Culiacán. The role covers customer complaints, supplier quality deviations and warehouse inventory accuracy through cycle counting, with full-time on-site work and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the analysis, follow-up and closure of customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle supplier quality deviations, perform root cause analysis and track action plans.
• Take part in operational meetings and follow key quality indicators through physical and electronic dashboards.
• Coordinate and ensure accurate execution of cycle counting processes in warehouses to guarantee inventory precision.
• Investigate inventory differences, control adjustments and ensure the corresponding documentation and authorizations.
• Manage special warehouse locations and verify consistency between physical stock and the system.
• Prepare analyses, metrics and executive presentations for internal forums.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Full-time on-site availability in Culiacán and occasional travel.
• Intermediate English.

Required skills

• Quality management systems, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and root cause analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Certifications ISO 9001 and/or Green Belt are desirable.
