Quality Control Inspector – Product Inspection & Audits

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector 1 to ensure that raw materials, in‑process items and finished goods meet company quality standards. The role involves performing inspections, audits and sampling across manufacturing and packaging lines. The inspector will work closely with production teams to identify non‑conformities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections and audits of quality control programs.
• Inspect packaging lines and manufacturing processes.
• Sample and test incoming components and raw materials.
• Verify that raw materials, in‑process and finished products comply with company specifications.
• Apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials after evaluating analytical data.
• Assess draft and final label copy in accordance with labeling regulations.
• Help minimise downtime by reducing rework and product recalls.

Required profile

• Experience performing product inspections and quality audits.
• Knowledge of labeling regulations and ability to evaluate analytical data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on manufacturing lines.
• Ability to document findings accurately and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
