Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will coordinate quality activities for manufactured products at external manufacturers, covering the full lifecycle from raw materials to finished goods. The role ensures compliance with global standards and drives continuous improvement to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee Global Quality Standards across contract manufacturers and co‑packers, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Manage incoming inspection of packaging materials and maintain the Quality Master Plan for external sites.
• Lead CAPA processes and continuous improvement initiatives to remove operational barriers.
• Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) and monitor Quality KPIs to ensure process stability.
• Analyze customer and consumer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support technology and formula transfers for new product launches and regular production runs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in production supervision, manufacturing inspection, QC/QA, microbiology or similar industrial roles.
• Proven experience with root cause analysis and managing corrective/preventive actions.
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace.
• Advanced written and verbal English.
