Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will ensure that all manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production teams to detect and prevent failures early in the cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor the entire production cycle and conduct regular tests to identify potential failures.
• Prepare detailed reports on failures and corrective actions.
• Ensure legal compliance and perform audits based on ISO and IATF 16949 standards.
• Set, track, and achieve quality objectives.
• Monitor quality alerts in the Order Management System (OMS) and track held materials.
• Address customer complaints and perform root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF quality standards.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
