Quality Engineer – Production Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Engineer will act as Production Supervisor, ensuring that manufacturing KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement, product quality, and workplace safety. The role combines hands‑on supervision with strategic initiatives to optimize processes and uphold Stellantis quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve production KPIs using SPW methodology, SFM boards, TOTEM Board, Ewall, and Reliability Run Matrix.
• Lead problem‑solving sessions, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise daily operations across all shifts to meet production, quality, and safety plans.
• Coordinate inline problem‑solving and ensure immediate actions to maintain output and quality.
• Prepare reports, update boards, and provide statistical analysis of performance data.
• Train and develop production personnel, fostering a safe and motivating environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to align resources with production priorities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, Stellantis Manufacturing Quality Manual, and related QMS documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production supervision or quality engineering within an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality, environmental, and energy management standards.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage KPI‑based performance.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and training.
